Administration & Operations Support Erskine Park NSW
The Opportunity
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administration & Operations Support industry professional to join our Retail & Consumer division based out of our Erskine Park site. Working with one of Tolls key customers this is a great opportunity for an operations administrative professional to grow their career within our organisation.
As the Administration & Operations Support you will:
Develop strong relationships with key customers & operations staff.
Manage payroll processes for all areas of the DC and timesheets for casual employees meeting payroll deadlines in every instance.
Facilitate and produce training manuals reports presentations weekly & monthly reports process flows and forms as required in conjunction with management.
Distribution of internal and external documentation including collection and sending all outgoing mail and faxes as required and controlled documents.
Provide support for manager as required.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need:
Intermediate computer software skills (Microsoft Word Excel & PowerPoint) and other office based technologies
35 years in administrative function
Experience in coordinating and entering payroll data for payment of wages
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
