Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide lowlatency highspeed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to accelerate the delivery of our onboarding processes in the Kuiper Consumer business with a particular focus on projects and products spanning cross functional business product and engineering teams. As one of our key team members you will be responsible for managing stakeholders technical deep dives such as requirements definitions at both internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will be both entrepreneurial and highly analytical able to work extremely effectively in a matrixed organization and be adept at understanding fixed broadband businesses. We are looking for someone customer obsessed and technologically savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives especially in consumer related products and services using distribution channels.

Key job responsibilities
stakeholders to understand their schedule cost functionality and quality requirements ensuring clear documentation and communication amongst internal and external customers.
and manage technical deep dives with internal and external partners to drive complex integration programs in preparation for launch.
with business and technical leaders to define and track business and operational success metrics for key programs.
product managers in building accurate product roadmaps that account for crossteam dependencies and minimize delays.
closely with business teams to determine best ways to drive adoption and product success.
and communicate the master project schedule collecting analysing and reporting metrics that reflects progress against planned goals and deliverables.
that schedule changes are tracked and communicated efficiently to the right people at the right cadence.
postproject retrospectives with lessonslearned incorporate improvements into our development processes.
Export Control Requirement:

5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Bachelor degree in engineering computer science software development or a related field
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience in technology media or telecommunications; satellite internet; or subscription services
