About the Role
Open to applicants based in Central Coast Newcastle or Hunter Valley. The Estimator/Supervisor is required to estimate and deliver repairs for multiple small medium and large domestic and commercial construction repairs. Working alongside the Project Coordinator the Estimator/Supervisor is responsible for the timely completion of budget breakdowns for the tender process then upon authority of repairs working onsite to deliver repairs/contraction at these sites.
The Estimator/Supervisor in conjunction with the Project Coordinator is responsible for engaging trades preparing schedules and managing the budgets to ensure the timely delivery of quality projects to our clients. The Estimator/Supervisor is predominantly a multisite based role which is responsible for all site based operations such as quality assurance customer service and ultimate delivery of set budgets and construction schedules. Work from home with Sydney Office attendance once per fortnight once trained up.
