Join a boutique public practice firm in the Newcastle and Hunter region offering tax compliance and advisory services to a wide client base. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Accountant with 2 years of experience in Business Services who wants real client exposure professional mentoring and long-term growth.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Preparing financial statements & tax returns for individuals companies partnerships trusts & SMSFs
- Assisting with BAS IAS and FBT lodgments
- Supporting senior staff in tax planning and advisory work
- Building hands-on experience across a variety of industries
- Developing client communication and relationship skills
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years experience in a public practice accounting firm
- Currently undertaking or planning to start CA/CPA
- Strong technical grounding in tax compliance
- Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Working knowledge of Xero Microsoft Office and Cloud based software systems
