About Clifton Views Melbournes First HighRise Residential Aged Care Home

Located in the heart of Fitzroy North Clifton Views is a sophisticated aged care home centrally positioned near Queens Parades shops and transport links. Our stateoftheart facility offers a comprehensive range of services including:

  • A community medical centre and allied health services
  • Physiotherapy dietetics podiatry

About the Role

As General Manager you will be an experienced and passionate leader with a clinical background guiding our dedicated team and ensuring operational excellence.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager you will oversee all aspects of home management ensuring high standards in clinical and nonclinical care admissions financial management workforce optimization compliance and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5 years experience as a Site Manager or Senior Clinical Manager.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Current AHPRA registration and NDIS check (including police check).
  • Uptodate COVID19 vaccinations (3 doses).
  • Excellent clear communication skills.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
