Job Description

SDR Manager Location: Sydney Australia Hybrid SaaS / HR Tech $175k210k Equity / Bonuses

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Circa $175k$210k OTE /Equity/Bonuses

Role Description

This role involves leading a team of SDRs in a fastpaced outboundfocused sales environment. Youll provide daytoday coaching contribute to global gotomarket alignment and help SDRs progress toward AE roles. The role is critical to sustaining the companys rapid growth across APAC and beyond.

Team Size & Leadership Scope

Direct Reports: 56 SDRs

Team Size: 11 SDRs globally

Key Collaboration: Sales Leadership Marketing RevOps and AE teams across APAC and US

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of 56 SDRs to achieve pipeline generation goals
  • Drive outbound performance aligned to KPIs (e.g. 24 qualified meetings/quarter for MidMarket 1015 for Enterprise)
  • Foster a highperformance careerprogressive environment
  • Partner with crossfunctional teams to influence regional sales strategy
  • Participate in strategic initiatives to evolve SDR structure and enablement
  • Act as a peer leader to the other SDR Manager ensuring consistency and alignment
  • Contribute to hiring onboarding and process improvements

Requirements

MustHaves:

  • 13 years of people management experience in sales or related roles
  • Success coaching SDRs in outboundheavy environments
  • Familiarity with Enterprise and MidMarket sales motions
  • Sydneybased with willingness to work inoffice multiple times per week

NicetoHaves:

  • Prior experience in fullcycle or closing sales roles
  • Background in fastscaling preIPO SaaS environments
  • Experience leading teams across APAC markets including Singapore
  • Competitive background in teambased disciplines (e.g. sports)
