Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven District Manager to oversee operations across multiple school sites. This role is responsible for managing on-site managers ensuring operational excellence and building strong client relationships within the education sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment enjoy traveling between locations and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of on-site managers across multiple school campuses.
- Ensure contract compliance operational consistency and service quality at each location.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and district stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance provide coaching and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor budgets labor costs and supply usage to ensure financial performance.
- Assist in the onboarding training and development of management staff.
- Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all sites adhere to safety cleanliness and compliance standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand services or improve efficiency at current accounts.
Qualifications
- 3 years of multi-site management experience preferably in environmental services janitorial facilities or a related industry.
- Experience working in or with the education sector is highly preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams remotely.
- Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license required.
