You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Project and Administration Officer provides highlevel administrative secretariat and project management support to the Clinical Governance and Executive teams. The role ensures effective coordination of clinical governance functions supports project delivery and enhances communication with key stakeholders to drive improved detainee health outcomes and organisational compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting & Secretariat Support Coordinate and provide administrative support for Clinical Governance and other key meetings prepare and distribute agendas record accurate minutes and track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Project Support Assist with the planning coordination and implementation of Clinical Governance and quality improvement projects support project timelines documentation stakeholder communication and reporting to help ensure successful project delivery.
Reporting & Data Management Gather organise and maintain data to support reporting audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
System & Process Support Identify opportunities to improve current processes and suggest practical effective solutions support the review and maintenance of policies procedures and business documentation.
Administration Provide administrative support to the Clinical Governance and Executive teams enter and manage data generate reports assign tasks and support staff in system use troubleshoot and escalate system issues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Key to being successful in this role will be you communication & collaboration skills. You will use these skills to foster strong working relationships across departments to support seamless collaboration. You will have demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fastpaced environment and have experience in providing administrative and project support. Naturally you will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with databases and digital tools.
Experience working in a healthcare government or clinical governance environment familiarity with quality or compliance systems (e.g. Logiqc Salesforce VHIMS or similar) and an understanding of clinical governance principles or a willingness to learn will be highly regarded.
