Position : Appointment Setter
Work Hours : Friday to Tuesday 8:00 am 6:00 pm (Flexible work days and evening shifts: 6:00 pm 8:00 pm on selected days)
Timezone : Central Time
Salary Range : $1500 $2000 per month (depending on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable and driven Appointment Setter to join our dynamic remote team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls booking estimates and managing leads across multiple platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from leads
- Book estimates for a team of 8 10 sales representatives across DallasFort Worth and Waco
- Engage with leads from Facebook referrals Google My Business and platforms like Angi and HomeAdvisor
- Respond to social media comments and messages
- Collaborate closely with our internal team (including Tanya and Sarah)
- Accurately log and update lead information in Go High Level (CRM)
- Maintain a quick speed to lead to increase conversion rates
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 2 years of experience in sales call centers or appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- High level of reliability responsiveness and consistency
- Goaloriented and motivated by performance metrics
- Able to adapt to different communication styles
- Techsavvy and comfortable with CRMs and VoIP tools (e.g. OpenPhone HubSpot PipeDrive Go High Level)
- Must have a strong workfromhome setup (quiet environment fast internet
