Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee the endtoend and maintenance of solar power projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation handson site experience and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and delivery of solar projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to quality standards.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including clients contractors vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project .
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress address technical challenges and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain accurate project documentation reports and updates for internal use and client communication.
Troubleshoot onsite issues and implement timely effective solutions to avoid delays.
Enforce Health Safety and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project sites.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
34 years of relevant site experience in solar project and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems installation methods and maintenance practices.
Excellent leadership coordination and organizational skills with a solutiondriven mindset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools/software is a plus.
