Job Description Summary: Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
1. Manage dispatch operations for both D2C and B2B orders ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
2. Oversee packing processes ensuring product quality and damagefree delivery to customers.
3. Take full ownership of inventory management including stock monitoring audits and reconciliations.
4. Supervise warehouse operations maintaining organization cleanliness and security.
5. Operate and manage shipping portals like Shiprocket resolving issues and optimizing efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Experience in logistics dispatch and warehouse management.
2. Proficiency in shipping platforms like Shiprocket.
3. Strong organizational skills attention to detail and problemsolving ability.
4. Familiarity with inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
Educational Requirement
Bachelor s degree in any stream (Logistics or supply chain management preferred)
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience required in the same domain
