Job Description
Job Title: Sales & Finance Analyst
Industry: Retail
Job Summary:
We are seeking two detailoriented Analysts to analyze sales and finance data providing insights that support business decisionmaking. The ideal candidates will be responsible for financial forecasting sales performance tracking and datadriven reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Data Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance revenue trends and customer behavior.
Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting financial projections and variance analysis.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor performance to provide strategic recommendations.
Data Interpretation & Visualization: Present datadriven insights through dashboards reports and presentations.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with sales finance and operations teams to optimize business strategies.
Cost & Profitability Analysis: Identify costsaving opportunities and profitability drivers.
KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain key performance indicators for sales and financial health.
Automation & Process Improvement: Optimize data analysis processes using Excel BI tools and financial software.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in Excel Power BI Tableau or other data visualization tools
Understanding of financial statements and sales analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus
Qualifications:
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Finance Business Analytics Statistics or a related field
Experience in data analytics financial modeling and reporting tools
