The role
As a Processing Officer your primary purpose is to ensure the accurate and timely handling of corporate transactions and support functions including meticulous filing and storage of documents. Your daily tasks revolve around processing transactions in line with set policies assisting customers with queries and ensuring all tasks meet the expected standards within agreed timeframes. When issues arise youre responsible for escalating them promptly and clarifying discrepancies with the relevant parties.
You will face the challenge of processing transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy and implementing corrective actions as needed. Consistently delivering highlevel customer service and minimising staff complaints is essential all while upholding confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and requests. Its a role that demands precision customer focus and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

What you will bring to the role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
