Our client is a financial technology company that gives personal or business loans to its customers. They are now hiring for the role of an experienced Investment Officer (Kano)
individual and institutional investors. The Investment Officer builds strong client relationships promotes the bank s
investment products and ensures customer satisfaction while achieving set targets.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new investors individuals SMEs corporates to grow the bank s deposit and investment base.
Promote and sell the client MFB s investment products such as fixed deposits target savings and other structured investment offerings.
Conduct detailed financial discussions with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster trust retain funds and encourage additional investments.
Monitor market trends and provide clients with relevant updates on investment opportunities.
Ensure client documentation and transactions comply with internal policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance portfolio growth and pipeline opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and enhance investment products tailored to the needs of the local market.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or HND in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in investment sales wealth management or client relationship management within a financial institution.
Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
Excellent sales networking and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or sales tracking tools.
Knowledge of the local business environment in Kano and northern Nigeria is essential
