Your Role: Academic Quality Controller
You will be the guardian of academic quality across all our educational products. Your pedagogical expertise will guide the academic standards of our content shape our internal academic quality assurance frameworks and lead the way in delivering outstanding learning experiences to millions of learners.
What Youll Do (Your Impact)
- Set Academic Quality Benchmarks
Define and uphold rigorous academic quality standards across all educational products.
Continuously review and update academic quality control protocols to ensure compliance with pedagogical best practices.
- Lead Academic Content Reviews and Feedback
Audit educational content comprehensively to ensure pedagogical soundness and curriculum alignment.
Provide detailed actionable academic feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Build and Mentor Internal Academic QA Team
Recruit train and mentor an internal Academic Quality Assurance (QA) team dedicated to maintaining academic excellence.
Develop processes that streamline academic content validation feedback loops and final approvals.
- Own Final Academic Approvals
Serve as the final reviewer for all educational content before product or project launches.
Guarantee that every product meets stringent academic and pedagogical standards and aligns with our educational objectives.
- Foster CrossFunctional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with instructional designers content creators product managers and tech teams to maintain cohesive highquality academic outputs.
Act as an academic advisor providing insights on pedagogical content strategy and product direction.
Who Were Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
- Educational Expert: Masters degree or higher in Education Instructional Design Pedagogy or a related field.
- Experienced Professional: Minimum 5 years of experience in academic quality control curriculum design instructional design or educational leadership roles.
- DetailOriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven track record of elevating educational content quality.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement academic QA strategies effectively within an agile technologydriven environment.
- Leader and Mentor: Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring academic QA or educational teams.
- Communicator and Collaborator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills adept at crossfunctional collaboration.
