Position Summary
The Records and Enrollment Services Specialist position is part of a team that focuses on the analysis maintenance and correction of student records and data. The position provides customer service to a wide range of audiences including faculty staff students and third parties through answering phone calls responding to emails and processing various documents including transcription requests and enrollment transactions. The position assists in communicating university policies and procedures as they pertain to student records and enrollment services. This position collaborates with partners across campus in various related activities in areas of grading new student orientation and current and retroactive enrollments. The position also works on special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Must have customer service experience and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn are key to success in this position. Candidates should also have strong communications skills organizational skills and the ability to problemsolve and apply policies and procedures to resolve complex situations.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Experience working with the public in a university setting is preferred. Experience updating student records in a Student Information System such as PeopleSoft within a higher education setting is preferred.
