Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/loaders to join our team in Baytown TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload/load frozen meat from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets. This is not a travel team opportunity so applicants must live locally. ** We offer daily pay which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck**
**Qualifications:**
Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)
Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
Grocery experience is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets
Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery
May need to operate warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks to move products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

**Pay and Shift Details:**
Shift starts at 4 am and ends when work is complete
Pay: Performancebased pay with the average associate earning $22/hour but never less than $18/hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.
