Job Description
Things you should know about this role:
- This is an inhouserole that will require you to work in our office in West Palm Beach.
- This is a phone sales position. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required) but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.
- This role is hourly commission. On average a firstyear sales representative can expect to earn $55000 or more.
- Schedule is MonThurs 9:00a6:00p and Friday 9:00a5:00p.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both Spanish and English
- Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services.
- Evaluate potential clients situation and provide options to help pay off their debt.
- Quote payment options and explain program details.
- Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper followup
- Be thorough and detailed with the presentation information gathering and completing client files.
- At least 1 year of recent debt settlement credit counseling or related experience is preferred
- The ability to efficiently and effectively manage a sales pipeline
- Must be energetic and selfmotivated.
- Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be proficient with computers especially with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent leads. No cold calling is required.
