The Customer Service Representative is the first of two levels in the Customer Care department. This position will require strong communication skills both verbally and the written form. You will establish and maintain working relationships with the customer as you demonstrate a passion for customer priorities in a fastpaced environment. You will coordinate activities and collaborate with team members to ensure customer order accuracy.
Job Duties:
Maintain accurate account records within Salesforce Verifying all accounts have accurate discounts account notes billing information and account owners.
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner via phone and/or email with customers and account managers to ensure questions and orders are prepared correctly.
Review and process all return material authorization requests in Salesforce.
Work effectively with operations engineering and technical support teams to ensure accurate account management and information in Salesforce.
Enter all quote and order cases from Salesforce into Oracle.
Process all the credit requests received in Salesforce and the accounting team into Oracle.
Education and Experience:
High school degree/GED required
Associates degree preferred
01 years of related experience preferred
Qualifications:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Basic proficiency in Salesforce preferred
Basic proficiency in Oracle preferred

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.

In Colorado the target hourly rate for this position is $22$24/hr
