Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried nonexempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired employees will be in an atwill position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
The pay for this position is expected to be:
- Ensure the production schedule is followed daily meeting production and quality goals
- Responsible for performing multiple job duties to execute the daily plan
- Help with trouble shooting issues with batches yields and bagging problems
- Help in production when needed
- Lead the shift exchange communication for daily review and response activities
- Monitor the workplace for improvements and safety concerns
- Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean and document all listed housekeeping duties on Sanitation records have been completed
- Responsible for participating and managing record keeping safety quality and production related activities
- Provide feedback mentoring coaching and direct observation of operator performance
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management
