Job Description
Role: AI Growth Marketing Hacker
- Location: Remote (global)
- Reports to: Marketing Director
About the Role
Were looking for a sharp and scrappy AI Growth Marketing Hacker to bring ambitious growth and automation ideas to life at Nexford. Youll work directly with the CEO growth marketing and crossfunctional teams to cocreate and execute smart techenabled solutions that drive real impact fast. Youll contribute to building the worlds first true AI enabled university.
Youll contribute to shaping the what and the why behind automation and growth experiments applying structured thinking to identify where AI and technology can unlock speed efficiency or scale. Once an idea is clear youll take full ownership of making it happen using tools like Replit Lovable Make and ChatGPT to build test and iterate rapidly.
This role is for someone who thrives in the messy middle between ideation and execution a builder who can think and a thinker who ships.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with the CEO and team leads to identify highleverage opportunities for growth and automation
- Help shape solutions through light design thinking: framing problems asking the right questions suggesting better approaches
- Use AI tools and automation platforms to rapidly prototype and deploy solutions
- Own the full execution cycle: from concept to working tool script or system
- Stay on the pulse of emerging tools and tactics to keep us moving faster and smarter
Who You Are
- 25 years experience in a fastmoving startup environment ideally in growth operations or technical marketing
- Strong familiarity with AI and automation tools Replit Lovable ChatGPT Zapier/Make Notion AI etc.
- Basic working knowledge of Python and/or R is a plus enough to adapt and run existing scripts
- Problemsolver at heart structured thinker whos also a handson doer
- Confident collaborating with leadership but just as comfortable rolling up sleeves and getting things done
- Super techsavvy independent and resourceful you know how to figure things out
