As a Team Leader in Customer Contact youll play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team to deliver exceptional service across phone messaging and email. Youll monitor and inspire your team to meet service and sales targets while building their skills and confidence.
Youll create a high performing collaborative culture where people feel supported empowered and recognised. Youll manage daily operations handle escalations and ensure every customer interaction is a positive one.
Youll role model BENs values driving your team to meet risk compliance and quality standards with confidence.
Most of all youll make a real difference leading with purpose and delivering impact every day.
Key responsibilities:
This is a Full time 12month fixedterm contract (or potential secondment). We need this leader to manage and develop their team in person so this is an onsite role based in our Adelaide Head Office.
