The Client & The Role

Join this progressive and professional firm in Sydney CBD and be part of their fantastic success in the accounting sector. As a Manager in the team you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and manage and drive the team to further success.

You will be reporting straight to the Partner in this team and you will be responsible for performance of the team and enhancing operational efficiency across clients through improved systems and processes.

Some of The Responsibilities

  • Provide direction support and regular feedback to team members including performance reviews and development planning
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a seamless transition to ongoing service delivery
  • Develop maintain and implement training materials and system guides for the team
  • Manage endtoend bookkeeping services including payroll BAS and management reporting
  • Maintain regular contact with clients thereby developing and maintaining good relationships to foster client confidence
  • Develop solutions and provide advice designed to improve processes reduce expenses and enhance income growth

The Applicant

  • 6 years experience in bookkeeping and/or CFO Advisory
  • Experience and knowledge with Xero or MYOB (our client uses Xero however this can be trained)
  • Staff management experience is essential for this role ideally offshore staff management
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Team working attitude and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong communication skills
