Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Supervises the daily functions of AP staff with responsibilities for training disciplinary actionand promotion in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Interacts with vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Plans and implements AP process improvements to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
- Review and analyze AP aging and other AP reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
- Vison abilities required by this job include vision and the ability to adjust focus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 4 or more years industry related experience
- 2 years supervisory experience
CERTIFICATION AND LICENSES
Professional certification may be required in some areas
