The Strategic Partnerships team creates longterm mutually beneficial partnerships that add value for customers (HROs SMBs and WSEs) and revenue for each partner and PrismHR. The Client Growth Manager Benefit & Retirement Solution is responsible for driving adoption of PrismHRs insurance solutions among PrismHR HROs and their SMBs.
Specific Roles Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving add on clientbased revenue by creating executing and managing outreach programs to the PrismHR service providers and service provider clients.
Work closely with PrismHR Benefits specialty team Sales Engineers Marketing Team Partnership and Customer Success Team to help drive Client adoption of PrismHR insurance solutions.
Leverage the Benefits specialty team for Insurance recommendations and contract execution when a licensed broker is needed.
Client Relationship Development: Develop relationships with PrismHR service provider clients through consistent outreach efforts participation in Client Business Review meetings attending PrismHR Client Events.
Participate in Client Business Review meetings. Responsible for discussing and presenting add on product and service attach rate metrics.
Analyze program performance metrics and make datadriven recommendations for continuous improvement
Work hand in hand with the PrismHR marketing and business development team on demand generation campaigns and lead qualification and development.
Develop and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed assigned revenue growth objectives.
Will need to leverage PrismHR CRM (Salesforce) and be responsible for capturing all required information on client meetings and outreach and pipeline opportunities.
Meet regularly with sales management to review overall progress review growth objective progress and strategize on program effectiveness to drive revenue growth inclusive of new benefit opportunities.
Develop and present quarterly business reviews to PrismHRs leadership team.
Facilitate product feedback to the PrismHR product team
Learn and effectively discuss key decision drivers competitive advantages and market trends in the HRO space to help clients leverage growth opportunities.
Required Skilla and Experience:
5 years of selling benefits retirement and ancillary solutions
Specific experience with channelbased selling strongly preferred
Experience with Professional Employer Organizations and/or Payroll Service Bureaus strongly preferred
Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed assigned sales objectives.
Proven ability to create execute and manage sales and marketing programs to generate revenue.
Strong balance of technical analytical and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze trends and make informed decisions
Ability to operate in a dynamic growthoriented environment with a desire to assist in developing strategies and processes.
Strong MS Office skills including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
*Please note: This position can be remote/telecommute. Notice for candidates located in the following states: CA CO NJ NY WA: The base salary range for this position is between $100000 $113568 (salary is dependent on location experience knowledge and skills based on the responsibilities outlined in the job description).
