Position Overview: Resource to drive a variety of tasks and outcomes including requirements gathering working with Product Owners to develop acceptance criteria and user stories leading testing efforts managing projects and providing analysis and problemsolving expertise as new opportunities arise. This role will partner closely with Architecture Product Owners Systems Analysts and Engineering Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
End to end Project Management
Understand internal ITSM tools processes and solutions to evaluate and share information with business partners.
Collaborate with M&A organizations to understand evaluate and document current ITSM capabilities.
Foster trust and drive results with business partners via relationship management.
Review accept and prioritize feedback and new requirements from project stakeholders.
Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Coordinate and lead project meetings ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans as needed.
Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders and leaders.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes.
Qualifications:
Understanding of ITSM processes and procedures.
Selfstarter with the ability to appropriately assess the need for independent decisionmaking versus leadership escalation
Ability to react to product adjustments and expectations promptly and efficiently
Experience leading endtoend business requirements gathering processes.
Experience working as a project manager leading project calls and managing project details.
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Resource will be working with our M&A organizations to move them from their existing ITSM application to our enterprise Optum ITSM application
