Group Internal Audit Manager Commercial

Location: Wilmington DE

Accountabilities

As a Group Internal Audit Manager you will have the opportunity to make a substantial impact by contributing to a topperforming Internal Audit function. You will collaborate with internal teams and external cosourced partners to deliver complex and highprofile commercial audits. Your focus will be on Sales Marketing Medical and Market Access teams and their interactions with Health Care Professionals/Organizations. Building relationships with incountry management teams and evaluating risks controls and policy interpretations will be key aspects of your role. Innovation is encouraged including applying digital and datadriven techniques to enhance audit planning and reporting. Sharing insights from your work will inform audit planning and educate the business on commercialization challenges and risks.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • 5 years previous experience of auditing regulatory compliance frameworks including evaluating compliance with antibribery policies and controls
  • 3 years experience of working within a managerlevel audit role probably in a Big Four accounting firm or another large global organization
  • 3 years experience within the Pharma / Healthcare sectors in the US
  • Ability to integrate with manage and motivate teams in US and across different locations within LATAM including effective working with external cosourced provider teams
  • High level of personal integrity tenacity and independence
  • An open and flexible communication style able to adjust your approach and influence others including incountry senior management teams
  • Ability to analyze complex issues from a range of perspectives and form considered judgements around the actions to be taken
  • Strong project management and report writing skills
  • Bachelors Degree required Masters degree preferred

Desirable Skills/Experience

  • Experience using digital/datadriven auditing and visualization techniques (e.g. Natural Language Processing Robotic Process Automation Power BI) to drive impactful insights
  • Fluency in another relevant language e.g. Spanish and/or Portuguese
