Job Description
1. Performing engineering evaluations site feasibility studies conceptual and final design and engineering
calculations.
2. Technical work knowledge : Heat load ventilation calculation plumbing calculation etc.
3. Project management skills
4. Basic HVAC and Plumbing work related knowledge.
5. Must have Basic knowledge about Ashare ISHREA Cibse IPC Bpc standards
6. All the documentation and checklist related knowledge
7. CADD Revit and coral draw
8. Costing and Project bidding work knowledge : RFQ preparation SLD Price comparison Risk analysis work etc.
9. Chilled water piping selection and design
10. Equipment selection knowledge like : Chiller PAC units AHU diffuser grille etc.
