The Managing Coach Operations is responsible for the overall performance and budget of their client groups. They set objectives analyze metrics ensure that the company and staff meet goals and provide reliable efficient support for our clients. They are also responsible for hiring training preparing and motivating their teams to provide excellent service to customers and clients.What Youll Do:
Position: AM Partner Management
Location: Bangalore Lucknow Indore
Role Summary: Work at the Partner site to monitor and drive basic operational hygiene. The Partners here refer to organizations that work with Flipkart by providing support to Sellers on Flipkart Marketplace through call email and chat interactions.
Job Description:
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining hygiene across all metrics tracked at the partner site by doing regular audits and reviews.
- Ability to do/review RCAs on any people process policy failure points and come up with actionableand drive them to closure by working with the partner leadership.
- Ability to understand basic trends in data and make inferences and recommend actions for improvement to Flipkart POCs
- Must be able to help partner teams by assisting them on any process related support which they need from Flipkart.
- Will be based out of Partner location
Desired skills and experience:
- Good understanding of Contact center operations
- Strong analytical coordination interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Proficient in MS applications e.g. Micrcosoft Word / Excel / Power point.
- 3 years of working experience with at least 1 year in a Assistant Manager or above role
- Positive proactive motivated with cando attitude
- Ability to multitask and work independently and as a team
- Will be able to drive strong partner governance
What Were Looking For:
All Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) French. Please note that Information security responsibilities are based on role.
