At Pixellot were revolutionizing sports production with AIdriven video technology redefining how users interact with video data and content across OTT platforms sports analytics tools and interactive video effects. Were looking for a handson Head of Design a true playercoach who loves designing just as much as leading a team.
As part of your role you will:
- Design activelyspend a significant part of your time designing in Figma.
- Lead & mentor a small team of UI/UX and motion designers driving quality and consistency.
- Own the endtoend product design processfrom research to UX UI and motion.
- Develop & maintain design systems and a shared visual language across web and mobile.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with product managers engineers and business stakeholders.
- Craft intuitive datadriven user experiences for videorich platforms like OTT & sports analytics.
You should bring with you:
- 7 years in product & UX/UI design with 2 years leading a design team.
- A strong handson portfolio showcasing exceptional UX UI and motion design across complex products.
- Mastery of Figmathis ones a must.
- Strong communication skills and a userfirst mindset.
- Comfortable in a fastpaced evolving environment with a mix of creative and technical challenges.
Bonus points if you have:
- Background in OTT gaming video platforms or analytics dashboards.
- Experience with whitelabel platforms or multitenant environments.
- Background in sportstech media or AIbased products.
- Experience building design operations or scaling a design team.
- Familiarity with agile product development environments.
