Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for an experienced Technical Specialistto join our team onsite with one of our largest enterprise customers. Our current onsite team has been providing the highest level of customer support for over six years and is now expanding to include more services across a range of technologies. This role will be key in supporting our customers complex enterprise environment.


*Note: This is a 6 month contracting role with possible extension options available.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE

  • Review project requests & assist writing SOW.
  • Escalation point for High Priority Incidents & Project.
  • Mentor & guide colleagues within the team to embed knowledge.
  • Lead Major complex changes within the environment in collaboration your colleagues.
  • Leverage subjectmatter expertise and strong understanding of customer requirements to scope bestpractice services and solution.
  • Act as a central point of technical communications & escalations leveraging experience.
  • Research & Identify improvement/innovation areas to modernise our service delivery.
  • BAU responsibilities ITIL process aligned: Incident Change Problems.
  • Expected to display strong technical skills with a high level of initiative and exceptional people skills.

We will require a candidate to have:

  • Current minimum Government Security Clearance
  • Experience in enterprise environment support and delivery of Modern Workplace Solutions leveraging Microsoft Teams and Messaging.
  • Experience with Microsoft Modern Endpoint Management (Windows 10 Intune AutoPilot SCCM CoManagement Enterprise Mobility).
  • Ability to develop secure and compliant Azure AD identity solutions utilising Microsoft best practice Azure AD MFA Conditional Access Policies.
