Who are we looking for
GHDislookingforavisionaryPotableWaterReuseLeadtoacceleratethegrowthand deliveryofourWaterReusePracticeacrosstheUSWest.Thisleadership roleofferstheopportunitytoleadhighimpactIndirectandDirectPotableReuseprojectsbuildstrong clientpartnershipsandguideregulatorystrategyacrossmultiplewesternstates.
As the US West Regional Water Reuse Lead you will report to GHDs National Reuse Lead and work in close collaboration with regional business group leaders and market teams to align regional execution with national strategy. This is a highvisibility position with clear pathways to senior leadership. This positions will be located in Phoenix AZ
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- DefineandimplementGHDspotablewaterreusestrategyacrosstheUSWest includingmarketpositioningpipelinedevelopmentandpursuitprioritizationwith the understanding that this expertise may also be leveraged globally.
- Lead major projectsfrom planning through construction includingIPR/DPR potable reuse andbrine management.
- Engagewithregulatoryagenciesandindustrycoalitionstoshapepermitting strategiesandadvanceindustrystandards.
- HelpclientsnavigateemergingregulationssuchasCaliforniasandArizonasDPRframeworkandotherstatelevelinitiativeswhiledrivingsustainable innovation.
- CollaboratewithMarketLeadersandClientRelationshipManagerstowinnewwork develop technical scopes and build trusted partnerships.
- Mentorandgrowahighperformingcollaborativetechnicalteamacrossmultiple offices.
- RepresentGHDinindustryassociationsandthoughtleadershipforums.
What you will bring to the team:
- Provenexpertiseinadvancedwaterreusetechnologies( reverse osmosis ozonation UVAOP corrosion control).
- Strongclientmanagementandrelationshipbuildingskills.
- Confidencetolead multidisciplinaryteamsanddriveprojectdeliverytomeet quality budget and schedule goals.
- Ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions in proposals presentations and regulatory settings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Environmental Mechanical or Chemical Engineering from an ABETaccredited program
- (CAAZORetc.)
- 10yearsofexperienceinwater/wastewaterconsultingwithafocusonmunicipal clients
- MastersorPhDdegreeinEnvironmentalMechanicalorChemical Engineering preferred
- ActiveinvolvementinorganizationslikeAZ WaterWateReuseCWEAAWWAor similar Preferred
