Type:6Month Temp to Perm/Permanent
Location:Hanover PA
Work Schedule:5 days a week
Compensation:Competitive billing rate of $45/hour
About the Role:
As an AR Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This position offers a pathway from a temporary to a permanent role providing longterm career growth for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer invoices and payments
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Perform account reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and collections
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of billing and collection processes
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
