Description
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
- Previous experiences in rendering and management positions
- Electrical and mechanical background preferred but not required
- Ability to manage and work with people
- Computer skills required
- College preferred but not required
- Minimum of High School diploma GED or equivalent
- Monitor product by paying attention to yields and quality
- Review equipment for proper functions and cleanliness
- Make sure employees have reported for work and put proper alternates in place if not present
- Observe that employees are correctly and safely performing their jobs
- Update maintenance with any equipment or machinery problems
- Suggest methods in improving production
- Troubleshoot equipment operations
- Sample products for quality and moisture levels every hour
- Adjust production according to what fabrication produces and sends to rendering
- Recommend ways to run equipment and machinery in a more effective manner

- Base salary range of$62561 $78781
- This position is eligible to participate in the Companys annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
