This role involves handling tenant communications processing applications and leases managing maintenance requests and supporting collections and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of customer service experience in any field along with a proactive and respectful attitude.
Responsibilities Include:
Update and maintain vacancy and listing records.
Process tenant applications leases renewals and related documentation.
Handle communications with tenants and brokers in a professional and timely manner.
Manage maintenance requests and follow up on completion.
Support rent collection efforts and assist with tenant account followups.
Monitor inspections filings and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service while representing the companys core values of respect humility honesty focus and resultsorientation.
Assist with general property management administrative tasks as needed.
Ideal Qualifications:
At least 1 year of customer service experience (any industry).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Comfortable using basic office software and property management systems (preferred but not required).
