You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe role ideally requires a Law Graduate with 03 years of relevant experience in legal role involves supporting attorneys and paralegals in US in defending litigations and other claims or provide various legal or legaladministrative services to the US resource would be required to review/analyze/compile/consolidate information on consumers or their related matters from inhouse data base accessing various internal platforms to determine and provide appropriate treatment. The resource would need to prepare documents and perform applicable work on files in a manner that meets the prescribed timelines and quality standards.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Review/Analyze accounts or documents and determine appropriate and applicable treatment in line with set SOPs or other standard procedures established for varied tasks 40%
Prepare appropriate documents or responses or perform valid searches and prepare findings in a timely and accurate manner45%
Communicate closely with concerned paralegals and attorneys (stakeholders) about the process and any queries or escalations around it5%
Quality check perform a second level check on tasks designated to the team as per the workflow process5%
Assist in reporting of tasks performed in various activities and maintaining a track of individual tasks5%
