Position Overview: NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Services/Barnhart is currently accepting applications for a DistrictCrane & Rigging Sales Representative supporting both of our Grande Prairie AB. and Fort St. John BC. branches. This exciting opportunity will be responsible for driving growth by supporting existing key account holders and developing new ones. This position will develop and implement strategies to prospect and qualify new accounts and industries utilize tactics to increase both revenue and profitability and be instrumental in developing the companys overall strategy. Your success will be determined by your ability to: - Develop strategies and tactics to penetrate and develop key accounts.
- Create and execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
- Prospect and qualify warm leads.
- Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs.
- Determine crane & rigging solutions.
- Develop winning estimates and tailored proposals.
- Win work by selling value and overcoming objections.
- Coordinate project with branch operations and project management.
Qualifications: - Minimum of two to three years of proven sales experience in the oil and gas industry along with construction industry knowledge.
- Proven track record of results including prospecting new business and closing profitable work.
- Ability to assess construction projects and determine best approach for structuring and selling crane and heavy haul work on those projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels from field craft to executives.
- Mechanically inclined and a proven track record of success in rigging lifting fabrication maintenance or transportation execution.
- Computer software and management reporting expertise in CRM tools.
- Experience with 3D Lift Planner preferred.
Position details: - Based in Grande Prairie AB. but will be supporting our Fort St John branch as well.
- Must be willing to travel to support the branches and develop new accounts and maintain existing ones.
- Successful completion of preemployment alcohol and drug testing is required.
- Current commercial drivers abstract that meets the companies Acceptable Driver Standard is required.
