Job Summary:The Business Development Associate is a fulltime position that gives candidates an opportunity to apply their skills in a dynamic work environment while developing wellrounded competencies in promoting ISNs products and services. The position provides a critical link between clients business development sales and management. It requires that one be a selfstarter able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with all the daytoday operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization. This role will support ISNs Canadian clients from an office in Montreal. Daytoday responsibilities include managing relationships with existing clients overseeing the implementation of new software functionality and travelling to meet with existing and prospective clients. Working in an international office for ISN is an opportunity to work closely with a smaller team and be involved with different departments throughout the organization.

Compensation: Total annual compensation consists of base compensation and target incentives.

Cette position constitue un lien critique entre les clients lquipe de dveloppement des affaires les ventes et lquipe de gestion. Il est ncessaire que vous soyez capable de travailler en quipe et dispos aider avec les oprations quotidiennes inhrentes une organisation en croissance rapide. En tant quAssoci(e) lemploy doit complter une formation initiale de 12 semaines afin de lintroduire la plateforme ISNetworld et aux processus daffaires aux multiples facettes dISN. Durant la priode de formation lemploy doit complter 24 mois de service la clientle afin damliorer ses connaissances du logiciel dISN. Une fois dot des prcieuses comptences et connaissances dISNetworld lemploy compltera une formation de dveloppement des affaires dune dure de 5 semaines afin de le prparer aux aspects de gestion de comptes et de ventes de cette position.
la fin de la formation lemploy soutiendra les clients Canadiens dISN depuis nos bureaux de Montral. Les fonctions principales de lemploy incluent la gestion des relations existantes avec nos clients la supervision de limplmentation de nouvelles fonctionnalits de la plateforme rencontrer nos clients existants et prospectifs. Travailler dans un bureau international dISN est une opportunit de travailler troitement avec une plus petite quipe ainsi que de simpliquer dans de dpartements (tels que la Sant et Scurit ou lApprovisionnement) travers lorganisation.
*Les nouveaux employs voyageront au sige social de Dallas pour leur formation initiale.

Rmunration: Compensation totale annuelle potentielle de 90500$ 94000$ CAD. Salaire annuel de base de 83000$ CAD avec la possibilit de gagner des primes incitatives annuelles de 11000$ CAD.
