Centre Capacity: 91 places
Employment Type: FullTime
Hourly Rate: $38.15 $39.39 (WT 5A.1 to 5.4)

Are you a passionate early childhood professional ready to take the next step in your career At Busy Bees at Carrum Downs were looking for a confident and experienced Assistant Service Manager (2IC) to support the Centre Director in leading our 91place service with integrity quality and care.
This is your opportunity to grow in a leadership role while making a real difference in the lives of children families and educators.
About the Role
As a 2IC you will:
Support the Centre Director with daily operations compliance and team management
Step into the Centre Directors role when required
Mentor and guide educators to deliver highquality programs aligned with the EYLF
Build and maintain strong relationships with families children and the community
Ensure the centre meets NQS regulatory and safety standards
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
What Youll Need
Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Assistant Manager (2IC)
Strong leadership time management and communication skills
A genuine passion for early learning and empowering others
