About the role:
Are you passionate about designing smart effective processes that drive real impact At Kinetic IT were looking for a skilled Process Specialist to lead the development of a transitiontosupport plan for a major program of work on a max term contract until end of March 2026.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing transitions from program delivery to operational support ideally in complex service environments.
- Proven experience in business or process design within largescale programs or environments.
- Stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence collaborate and build trust across diverse groups.
- Vendor management experience including alignment of deliverables and planning in partnership with external providers.
- Analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills including the creation of process artefacts and transition documentation.
- ITIL process management experience.
