Role Overview

HIVEDs brand & marketing function is a lean team moving fast to build one of the biggest brands in the UK. With an exponential growth journey ahead of us we are laserfocused on scaling our brand and positioning HIVED as a reliably better refreshingly different parcel delivery service as well as one of the top startups in the UK & Europe.

We are now looking to expand our team with the addition of a handson Marketing Manager with a strong B2B lead generation background and 45 years of experience driving growth at highvelocity startups. If you know how to blend smart lead gen tactics with brandbuilding that earns trust and attention this is for you.

This is a generalist role with a lead gen tilt: youll own and execute core demand generation strategies to drive highquality leads into the sales funnel whilst helping to shape how our brand shows up to the market. Youll work directly with the Head of Brand & Marketing and collaborate closely with Sales to build a pipeline and elevate our presence in the industry.

This role is based in our Shoreditch office (located near some of the best coffee and pastries in East London) and hybrid with three days in person required per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Design and run lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn cold email outbound and events optimising for pipeline growth and lead quality.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Build and manage targeted cold email sequences and LinkedIn outreach workflows to engage decisionmakers and influencers at toptier retail brands.
  • Event Marketing: Plan coordinate and execute our presence at key industry events from trade shows and roundtables ensuring we stand out from and stay ahead of the rest.
  • Brand Marketing: Help in ensuring every touchpoint reflects a polished credible and distinct brand from campaign creative to event collateral to outreach messaging.
  • Content & Collateral: Collaborate on producing case studies thought leadership and sales enablement content that moves prospects through the funnel.
  • Data & Analytics: Track measure and report on campaign performance (lead volume conversion rates pipeline contribution) and continuously optimise for results.

Requirements

  • 45 years of marketing experience in highgrowth B2B startups ideally in SaaS logistics or tech.
  • Proven success driving qualified leads through LinkedIn cold outbound email and event marketing.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and target account lists.
  • A strong sense of brand and an eye for highquality creative you care about how things look and sound.
  • Handson experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
  • Selfstarter mentality: comfortable owning projects endtoend and experimenting to learn quickly.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with lead gen tools (e.g. Clay Apollo) or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
