Job Description
Selenium Java Webdriver Agile 1. Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating web-based applications. Experience with TestNG for test execution and reporting Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and automation tools (e.g. Maven). Experience with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman Familiarity with Agile development processes (Scrum). Strong software testing background with experience in identifying and reviewing test plans testcases and testing results. Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers conduct code reviews set coding standards and ensure adherence to test automation best practices. Oversee test execution ensuring defects are reported. Integrate tests into CI pipelines with tools like Jenkins and Maven and review test reports for quality and coverage. Collaborate with role requires a seasoned leader with deep technical expertise in automation frameworks a strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and the ability to build and guide high-performing QA teams. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in quality engineering reduce time-to-market and ensure the delivery of high-quality Responsibilities:Define and lead the overall test automation strategy roadmap and vision across products and the adoption of automation frameworks tools and CI/CD integration across functional and non-functional closely with engineering DevOps product and business stakeholders to ensure quality objectives are aligned with business manage and mentor a team of automation engineers setting performance goals and ensuring continuous and introduce emerging tools technologies and best practices for quality test coverage reusability maintainability and scalability of automation test results defect metrics and KPIs to track and improve automation across Agile/Scrum teams to embed quality practices early in the development vendor relationships and manage offshore/nearshore QA teams (if applicable).Ensure regulatory and security compliance where required (e.g. BFSI etc.).Required Skills and Experience:12 years (12 to 17 Years) of overall experience in QA/testing with at least 5 years in a leadership experience in leading enterprise-level automation testing hands-on knowledge of automation frameworks and tools: Selenium TestNG RestAssured Cypress Appium JUnit with API testing UI automationKnowledge at Mobile automation and Performance testing tools like JMeter LoadRunner understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab) version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle). Experience - integrate Automation scripts in CI/CD pipelines and run via centralized working in Agile/DevOps skills in at least one programming language: Java Python JavaScript to manage large distributed teams and multiple parallel problem-solving communication and stakeholder management CRM Sales and onboarding.
