What Youll Do
1. Develop our market territory by identifying opportunities for account expansion identifying new decision makers providing proposals and closing meetings.
2. Leverage existing contacts & client relationships to connect global learning leaders within multinational companies with the goFLUENT solution.
3. Drive topline revenue growth primarily through renewals upselling and crossselling within our existing account database.
4. Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development Marketing and Customer Success teams to successfully nurture your accounts.
5. Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
6. Participate in exhibitions and events.
7. Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
What Youll Need
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
2. Good to have HR SaaS and international experience.
3. Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of clients organizations including senior managers and the Csuite.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication (both Mandarin and English) presentation and negotiation abilities.
5. Team player selfmotivated to thrive in a fastpaced resultsoriented collaborative environment.
6. Proactive personable hardworking and easily adaptable.
7. Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
8. Relevant experience in the Training eLearning HR services industry is definitely a plus.
