Your working day :
Developer Support Agent helps developers using tool by resolving issues managing escalations and providing clear communication and detailed research. The support team ensures developers receive timely and effective assistance to maintain and improve their apps. Support is provided by email and chat.
- Manage and solve all escalations/appeals from developers regarding actions taken on their apps;
- Take complex issues and simplify them to create succinct summaries over email ticketing software and chat to clearly communicate with Developers and/or teammates;
- Conduct research with high attention to detail and advanced comprehension skills;
- Be comfortable with multitasking and complex decisionmaking;
- Be an expert communicator who masters the app stores policies and exhibits developer (endcustomer) empathy;
- Review maintain and curate data. Proofread and review documents suitable for publishing.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
- Fluent in Turkish & good English
- 12 years experience in Technical Support
- Great communication
- Aptitude for problemsolving
- Excellent communication skills: verbal written listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Valid work permit in Portugal
