Job Description
Salon Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of a salon encompassing aspects like managing staff ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive work environment. They also oversee daily tasks such as scheduling inventory and financial aspects of the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily salon operations including scheduling appointments managing staff and ensuring smooth workflow.
Staff Management:
Hire train and supervise salon staff providing performance feedback and fostering a positive work environment.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns.
Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance prepare reports manage payroll and oversee budgeting.
Inventory Management:
Maintain salon inventory order supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
Marketing and Sales:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Other Duties:
May include performing hair skin or nail services maintaining salon cleanliness and handling client inquiries.
