Position: IT Support Intern

Responsibilities:
- Assist new hires and associates in setting up their email communication tools and internal system accounts
- Provide firstline support for ITrelated inquiries from associates
- Support in maintaining inventory of IT equipment and accessories
- Help install and configure software systems networks and mobile devices
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel as needed
- Document common problems and solutions to improve response efficiency
- Ensure data protection and compliance with IT policies
Requirements
- Familiar with Windows and/or Mac OS Microsoft 365 and basic networking
- Strong communication skills with a customerservice mindset
- Eager to learn organized and detailoriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
