We are looking for a detailoriented and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Charlotte NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service resolving client inquiries and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all propertyrelated matters.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing systems
Assist clients with propertyrelated questions account details and documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly
Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve processes and services
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
Previous experience in customer support or a related role
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
