Tasks
Our peak season runs from November to January so well help you get up to speed in time for the big rush.
Youll have full training on our products and systems before you start helping customers via phone email and chat. This could be a damaged machine missed deliveries or just questions about our products.
We have detailed troubleshooting guides and a technical team to help you ensure that we always have happy customers.
Requirements
So were keen to hear from people who are friendly and professional when dealing with customers via phone or email.
Ideally youll have an understanding of gym equipment already.
We are open MonFri 95.30 and this is an onsite role based in ShorehamBySea.
