You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a skilled and experienced CRM Specialist to play a key role in developing optimizing and managing our regional HubSpot CRM platform. This role is central to our CRM transformation journey as we transition to HubSpot across six markets in Northeast Europe.
You will work closely with your direct manager and our CRM Manager to elevate our CRM usage to a bestinclass commercial standard. Your tasks will range from building workflows sequences and automations to shaping entirely new processes and integrations within the HubSpot environment.
You will act as the regional goto expert for HubSpotrelated matters including local implementation of global CRM strategies and integration projects involving external systems and tools
Lead daytoday HubSpot administration and development tasks across multiple markets
Design and implement scalable workflows sequences and automation solutions
Collaborate with Revenue Operations Sales and Marketing to align processes across the CRM
Support CRM data quality governance and performance monitoring
Act as project lead for CRM integrations with thirdparty systems
Localize and implement CRM guidance and standards from the global organization
Train and support users across 4 (growing to 6) regional markets
Provide strategic CRM input and help shape the future state of HubSpot in a global context
Minimum 35 years of handson experience working with HubSpot preferably in a B2B commercial environment
Proven track record of implementing and managing CRM processes automation and integrations
HubSpot certification is a strong advantage
Solid understanding of commercial operations sales enablement and marketing workflows
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working on the client side and/or in a consulting capacity
Selfdriven structured and comfortable working across cultures and borders
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
