Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry or a software development company. This is a mandatory requirement for the GermanSpeaking Business Development Representative plays a key role in supporting the overall sales process and collaborating closely with our Sales and Business Development team. You will contribute to the execution of our gotomarket strategies by driving engagement and supporting endtoend sales activities.
Qualifications :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to verify and clarify information primarily in the German language
- Proactively generate new leads and engage with prospective clients through cold calling and other outreach methods
- Build and nurture strong longterm relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Engage with clients through virtual and inperson meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Take ownership of the full business development cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships with a focus on strategic decisionmakers
- Contribute to achieving the companys commercial and growth objectives
- Monitor analyze and report on your business development activities to support datadriven decisionmaking
Profile:
- 1 year of experience in the IT industry or software development environment
- BA/BS degree or similar college/universitylevel education preferably in Business Linguistics or related fields
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
- An excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
- Written and oral communication skills needed for communicating with a range of people both internally and externally as well as presentation skills
- Selfdriven and wellorganized with the ability to work independently while contributing actively within a collaborative team environment
- Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
- You are a good listener proactive persuasive and communicative and you have a handson mentality.
- You are autonomous and you can manage your priorities but also you are a team player keeping the focus on the companys interests.
- Proficient in conducting thorough desktop research analyzing data and maintaining accurate records through data entry
